History
The journey started in 2023, when an idea took shape. When you sell your house, a lot of money often goes to a real estate agent or property lawyer – an expensive item that should be possible to save on. By selling your property without a real estate agent, you make a private sale. For this, you normally have a property lawyer to handle all the legal aspects once you've found a buyer.
The idea arose to replace both the real estate agent and property lawyer with simple, fast, and small processes that can replace a lot of work and communication. With this idea, you can save money, time, and get a simple overview of what work goes into a private sale.
In October 2023, Bolig Selvsalg was founded with the aim of offering a range of individual services/tools that you can use for exactly the part of a property sale that you find difficult. It's a journey that will take time and require thorough work, so that users can feel safe and well treated throughout the entire property sale.
